How can I set up an account with Figureland?
As with many retailers, you are given the option to set up an account during the checkout stage and if accepted, you can then log in and view details including orders placed and loyalty points earned.
We can set up an account for you before placing an order if you send us your details but the main reason we recommend setting this up once an order is placed is because there will be nothing to see until orders are placed.
Details required for an account include your name, billing address, alternative delivery address if different from the billing address, plus an email address and phone number although the phone number is not compulsory.
I cannot find a specific product on the Figureland website, can you help?
When and where possible and if available, yes we can because our suppliers provide tens of thousands of products from many manufacturers and we don't always have time to list them all but we are constantly working on this so please contact us with any requirements because this is what we are here for and we love to assist.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched the same or next working day depending on the time the order was placed and will also depend on the shipping option chosen.
How is my order packed?
We use a variety of methods depending on the product but they are all packed with new packing materials with the greatest of care to protect the product using some of the following materials but we are always looking at new ways as well.
- Single And Double Lined Boxes
- Bubble Wrap
- Packing Peanuts
- Air Bags
- Additional Cardboard For Window Boxed Products
- A variety of Fragile stickers depending on the product, even for soft plush toys
What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders are products due to be released at a later date so pre-ordering before the release date is a way to reserve the product which will be dispatched when in stock.

What is the Available On Request service?
Available On Request products are additional products available from suppliers that are not currently in stock but can be ordered in for you.

How long does it take for a Pre-Ordered product to arrive?
Manufacturers will schedule an approximate release date but delays do occur but we do our very best to keep customers updated about any changes and please remember that we are only the retailer and are not held responsible for any delays so if you cancel your order, you may be held responsible for the 10% non-refundable deposit or 10% off the total cost of the order to cover cancellation or shipping and import fees if applicable otherwise a full refund is issued.
How can I change the delivery address for my order?
If you need your order to be sent to another address perhaps due to moving home, simply send us the new address details using the Contact Us page or by email and we will amend this for you.
