How can I set up an account with Figureland?

You are given the option to set up an account during the checkout stage and if accepted, you can then log in and view details including orders placed and loyalty points earned.

We can set up an account for you before placing an order if you send us your details but the main reason we recommend setting this up once an order is placed is because there will be nothing to see until orders are placed.

Details required for an account include your name, billing address, alternative delivery address if different from the billing address, plus an email address and phone number, but the phone number is not compulsory for UK orders but it is for all overseas orders.

I placed an order but cannot see it on my account?

You have placed the order as a Guest and you must be logged in to your account to have orders added to your account but you will still receive updates by email confirming your order and if not, please check your Spam/Junk folder just in case and add our email address to your safe senders list.

What can I do if there is a minor defect on the packaging?

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done because it's a manufacturing defect and is not classed as damage, so please ask for mint boxes before ordering, even though we always send mint boxes unless stated otherwise on a product page.

All stock is inspected upon arrival and if it is badly damaged, it is returned and replaced if possible but any minor defects including minor creases or scratches and anything that is deemed as minor manufacturing issues that occur during the manufacturing process will not classed as damaged stock.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched the same or next working day depending on the time the order was placed and will also depend on the shipping option chosen.

How is my order packed?

All orders are hand packed with care and attention to protect your goods using a variety of methods depending on the product/s purchased and the destination.

If you've had bad experiences from competitors or perhaps eBay sellers, they may not have the necessary or qualified skills and may be more concerned about sales before service.

We get highly rated for the packaging which includes some of the usual materials but always looking at different ways depending on the product.

• Recycling and reusing good quality manufacturers boxes on occasion if the box is suitable
• Bubble Wrap / Paper Wrap
• Packing Peanuts - Standard and Biodegradable
• Air Bags
• Additional Cardboard -  For most window boxes / Extra lining and padding
• A variety of stickers are used depending on the product, including FRAGILE, Handle With Care, Glass and so on, even for soft plush toys

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders are products due to be released at a later date so pre-ordering before the release date is a way to reserve the product which will be dispatched when in stock.

What is the Available On Request service?

Available On Request products are additional products available from suppliers that are not currently in stock but can be ordered in for you.

How long does it take for a Pre-Ordered product to arrive?

Manufacturers will schedule an approximate release date but delays do occur but we do our very best to keep customers updated about any changes and please remember that we are only the retailer and are not held responsible for any delays so if you cancel your order, you may be held responsible for the 10% non-refundable deposit or 10% off the total cost of the order to cover cancellation or shipping and import fees if applicable otherwise a full refund is issued.

How can I change the delivery address for my order?

If you need your order to be sent to another address perhaps due to moving home, simply send us the new address details using the Contact Us page or by email and we will amend this for you.

You can also do this if you have an account by logging into your account and updating this yourself.

I cannot find a specific product, can you help?

Yes of course, that's what Figureland is all about so when and where possible and if available, our suppliers provide tens of thousands of products from many manufacturers and we don't always have time to list them all but we are constantly working on this so please contact us with any requirements because this is what we are here for and we love to assist.
