GPSR Compliance
As a seller on an online marketplace, Figureland is required to provide extensive information about the products to help consumers make informed decisions but also ensures that responsibility for product safety is clearly established.
Identification of the Manufacturer including their name, registered trade name, or brand of the manufacturer, along with a postal and email address where the manufacturer can be reached is available
If the manufacturer is based outside the EU, contact details of an EU-based responsible party will be provided if available, and this could be an importer or an authorized representative.
Figureland is compliant with EU and Northern Ireland Safety Regulations and takes the safety of the customers seriously and is proud to meet the highest standards required by EU and Northern Ireland law.

The Figureland GPSR Compliance Seller Checklist
As a seller to EU and Northern Ireland customers, we are commited to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements.
All products offered include the following.
1. Product Information
Manufacturer.
Product name.
Product description.
Intended use if required.
2. Safety Risk Assessment
Choking Hazards (if applicable)
Sharp Edges or Points (if applicable)
Electrical or Battery Safety (if applicable)
Age Ratings
3. Safety Labels and Instructions
Clear usage instructions provided.
Warning labels for hazards (e.g., “Choking hazard – Not suitable for children under 3”).
CE Marking or other compliance marks where required (e.g., toys, electronics).
Contact details for manfacturers customer support or product feedback. (Full list at the bottom)
Manufacturers and suppliers information. (Full list at the bottom)
5. Authorised Representative (If Selling to the EU or Northern Ireland)
Name of authorised representative and contact information.
6. Market-Specific Compliance
UK Safety Standards Met (for UK sales).
EU GPSR Standards Met (for EU or Northern Ireland sales).
7. Shipping and Distribution
All products are packaged to protect the product and the packaging that contains the product to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.
Relevant safety instructions are placed on every parcel when required and this includes but not limited to Fragile tape, Keep Upright, Do Not Stack and Glass stickers.
8. Ongoing Monitoring and Feedback
Customer feedback for any product issues or safety-related issues.
Recalls or repairs if any safety concerns arise will be dealt with immediately.
9. Declaration of Compliance
The above checklist has been reviewed to confirm that all products offered by Figureland comply with all applicable safety regulations.
