On Request Orders
What is the On Request service?
On Request is a service set up to assist customers looking for specific products that are not currently in stock but are still available from the distributors or available to Pre-Order, which we cannot also be listed for you.
After a extensive search when Figureland began in 2015, no competitor was offering an On Request service, they only offered the standard Back Order service, so beware of copycats who copied our On Request service.
On Request products can be ordered in for you from one of our distributors and are available at the time of listing, unlike Back Orders and On Demand products which can take weeks or even months to arrive because they are products the distributors no longer have in stock and there is no guarantee your order will be fulfilled if the distributor cannot restock the product required.
A full list of all the current manufacturers that our distributors work with can be seen at the bottom of this page, but this can change at any given time.
On Request products are displayed with the tag shown above and are available at the time of listing, so Contact Us first and if the product is available you can place an order and the product will arrive and be dispatched within a day or two, but if the product needs to be ordered in from an overseas distributor, please allow sufficient time for the product to arrive.
Cancelling an On Request order.
Please be aware that On Request orders cannot be cancelled once a product has been ordered because they are special orders placed for individual customers.
Product availability.
Due to the vast range of over 30,000 products available from the distributors who work with over 500 manufacturers at any given time, most retailers simply do not have the storage capacity to stock everything available, so please Contact Us about anything you cannot find including products not currently listed on the Figureland website and we will do a search for you because it's all about that extra service we love to provide.
