On Request Orders
What is the On Request service?
The On Request service allows customers to easily place orders for both new and existing products that are still in stock from distributors connected with a wide range of manufacturers listed at the bottom of this page.
On Request Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Please be aware that On Request orders cannot be cancelled once a product has been ordered because they are specially requested products.
On Request also covers products that were previously in stock as well as Pre-Orders for new upcoming products, so please reach out to us with your inquiry, and we’ll promptly check to see if the product is available.
New Pre-Order products can be listed on the website for you to Pre-Order if not already available.
When you are informed that the product is available, you can place an order as standard and the product will be added to the next batch of stock arriving from the distributor or next-day if your order exceeds £200.00.
Please allow sufficient time for the product to arrive if being ordered from one of the international distributors.
Look for the On Request tag shown above, all products showing this tag were available at the time of listing, so please ask in you are unsure.
