We currently use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver our products.
When you place an order, you will be shown all the shipping options available to you, but if a parcel exceeds a specific weight limit, only selected options will be shown.
Certain countries will require additional customs fees so please remember to observe and comply with your country's laws, regulations and legislation's when imported goods as they may be prohibited by your country's national laws, and we make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export of goods you purchase.

IF YOU LIVE LOCALLY IN OR AROUND HERNE BAY, WE WILL PERSONALLY DELIVER ALL ORDERS OVER £50 FOR FREE SO CHOOSE THE FREE DELIVERY OPTION IF SHOWN!
The free delivery option will show up if your postcode is within the delivery radius of 5 miles from our location.
With a free delivery, you will receive your receipt and will need to fill in a delivery note with your name, signature and the date your order arrived.
All orders are usually shipped the same day, but with additional payments like cheques, orders will take longer to process but most orders once dispatched will arrive within 1 to 2 days in the UK but up to 7 days or longer depending on the destination or the service chosen.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout by the weight of an item and the destination, and it will also show you the best shipping cost available.
When checking out, please choose United Kingdom for all deliveries to Mainland UK, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.
For European countries please select your country which currently includes Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
We also ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and more but for any other countries please contact us because we would like to help you as we continue to expand our services.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* Some parcels may go over the maximum parcel size with couriers and the prices can be quite extensive so where possible, it may be more beneficial to place separate orders and have smaller parcels sent to reduce shipping costs.
We also use a direct dispatch service with some suppliers who will dispatch your item/s directly from their UK warehouse and if you have purchased more than one item and they are coming directly from us and from our suppliers, your arrival times may vary slightly but they should be shipped out on the same day.
If for any reason you are not available when your order arrives, the courier may leave your item/s with a neighbour or they may try to re-deliver your order at a later time plus they may leave a card for you to re-arrange a suitable time for delivery or they may return your item/s back to the depot where you may need to collect them so you will need take proof of ID with you.
If your item/s are not collected in time they may be returned back to Figureland and you will be charged again for the shipping costs.
All orders are packed safely and securely and will include a copy of your sales receipt and we also recommend that you so not except any parcel that arrives damaged due to be mishandled so do not except it and have it returned and we can then claim compensation.
We only ship items to the shipping address that is given on the original order and if you are paying by PayPal, we will only ship to the registered address that is on the PayPal account and we do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Motel, Packstations in Germany or any kind of temporary lodging that includes bed and breakfasts, hotels and motels or any other address that Figureland may constitute as an abuse of the service.
For a guaranteed delivery time chose the Royal Mail Special Delivery 9am or 1pm service or the similar DPD 10am or 12pm service because we cannot give you the exact time that your order will arrive with all other delivery services.
United Kingdom
Shipping items in and around the United Kingdom with Royal Mail includes the following locations.
Mainland UK, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.
Royal Mail does not charge extra fees for any of the above, it is the same price but some of their services have weight restrictions so if your order exceeds a services maximum weight limit you will need to choose an alternative Royal Mail method or you can also have your order sent by Interlink Express/DPD which has cost effective prices compared to Royal Mail and some of the Interlink Express/DPD prices may or may not include additional costs but this will depend on where your order is being delivered to like for overseas orders.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* When using the Royal Mail Special Delivery 9am or 1pm service, there may be delays if your order is being sent to the Channel Islands due to customs.
Shipping Prices For UK
We like to recommend the Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class standard or Signed For postal services for all UK deliveries due to their cost effective and convenient service but remember the service will only carry items up to a maximum of 2kg but start from as little as £2.99.
For T-Shirts or items small enough to be placed into a jiffy/polythene bag or large envelope, the cost is £1.69.
All shipping costs for will be automatically calculated and shown during the checkout process.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* The DPD Next Day delivery service is for UK deliveries only and for DPD Offshore and Overseas deliveries it will be sent with the DPD Europe By Road service but will also be automatically calculated and shown during the checkout process.
All UK orders requiring the DPD Next Day / Next Day By 12 service must be in no later than 1pm to allow time for processing, packing and booking because DPD has a 2 pm cut off time for same day parcel collections.
Please visit the Royal Mail website for details on their Special Delivery Guaranteed service because there are restrictions on delivery times for certain areas.
Europe
We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, International Signed and DPD Europe By Road services for all European deliveries.
We are no longer using the Royal Mail International Standard service due to the loss of parcels and no compensation cover.

Royal Mail For United States, Canada, Australia And New Zealand
We use Royal Mail USA plus World Zone 1 and 2 services, which includes International Tracked and Signed and Signed deliveries but only for orders up to a maximum weight of 2 Kg but for orders over 2 Kg, please contact us.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* To save you money on shipping costs, we would strongly advise customers to place separate orders where possible as it could be more cost effective to send smaller parcels rather than larger parcels, but we will also work this out for you and chose the best option when packing parcels.
When placing an order to be sent to these destinations, the courier company requires a contact telephone number and sometimes email address so they can inform you when your parcel will arrive, so please enter a contact telephone number.

Where possible, we will do our best to alter shipping costs while we monitor our shipping services and will send orders using the most cost-effective solution for our customers.

If any order does get lost, damaged or stolen while in transit, it is down to the courier company who is responsible for transporting the goods and by no means a fault of Figureland so we cannot offer any refunds directly, but it will be investigated to claim for compensation to cover the cost, but this will be down to the courier company who will be responsible for the amount paid.
