These terms and conditions govern your use of the Figureland website. Please read our Terms and Conditions in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms you accept these terms.

Website Access
1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

Use of Website
1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website Uptime
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Visitor Provided Material
1.6 Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

1.7 When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:

(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;

(b) that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offense, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;

(c) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.

1.8 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph 1.7.

Payment Process
1.9 At Figureland we currently accept payments with Klarna, Sage Pay, PayPal, Credit and Debit cards, Cheques and Postal Orders and also by telephone and when you purchase products from this website your details are secure. If paying by Cheque or Postal Order please make this payable to Figureland and enclose a printed document or written notice listing your order number, details of items purchased and include your name, full address including your postcode and contact details including an email address and/or a contact telephone number if available.

1.10 When your order has been processed and the authorisation of your Card payment has been cleared and to ensure there are sufficient funds for the transaction, your purchased products will be shipped.
 
1.11 At Figureland we do not keep any of your Credit or Debit Card data during online payment processes because we only use payment service providers and at present these include Sage Pay and PayPal which are two of the largest payment industry compliant security organisations and they offer fully secure facilities for holding customers confidential data.

1.12 When you get to the final check out on the Figureland website, you are requested to confirm your order and will then be transferred to a secure page for the Sage Pay payment process and with PayPal payments you will be redirected to PayPal and once your payment has been processed you will be redirected back to the Figureland website where you can continue to browse more products or log out if you have an account.

1.13 If for any reason your card payment is declined, you may be required to try an alternate method of payment but if this is a problem and you still wish to purchase the goods requested, please contact us right away and confirm that you would like us to hold them for you or they will be placed back into stock. If we do hold them for you, we will only hold them for a grace period of seven calendar days from the date you contacted us and if payment has not been received during this grace period, they will be placed back into stock and the unpaid order will be cancelled.
 
1.14 If paying by PayPal, PayPal advertises itself as the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service will allow anyone to securely pay in any way they prefer which includes card payments, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information and once your payment has been processed through PayPal and we receive confirmation that the funds have been transferred, we will ship your goods.

1.15 You can view all product prices and delivery charges in UK pounds sterling or choose the currency converter to change the currency. Your payment card company will also perform any currency conversion.

1.23 We take pride in providing you with as much information as we can about each product including accurately detailed descriptions which is gathered from the manufactures, quality images and possibly videos. We do the best we can to make sure that the prices listed are correct at the time of publishing.
All the weights and dimensions listed about each product are approximates only but we do try to weigh most of the products ourselves.

Returns Policy


If you need to return an item back to us, please read the following terms.

Please use the Contact Us page and choose the 'Returns' topic or give us a call and let us know your name and your order number and the reason you wish to return an item, we'll be happy to help you.


Returning Unwanted Items
If you wish to return any item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we accept the return of goods that are sent back to us within 14 calendar days from the day after the item was delivered.

If you return any goods that are unwanted, they must be unopened and returned complete in their original condition including any tags and seals still intact and in a re-saleable condition and we will refund your money to the value of the goods purchased when the goods have arrived back to us.

Any sealed goods which include such items as Video Games, CDs, DVDs or similar packaged goods will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened and the contents are exposed.

You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods. We would recommend that you use a secure delivery method when returning any item which requires a signature upon receipt like the 'Royal Mail Signed For' service as you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us so please keep your proof of postage.

We are not able to accept any returned goods if they have been opened and/or part used goods and we do not refund any postal or courier charges for returns.

 
Returning Faulty Or Defective Items
If you find that the item you have purchased is faulty or defective or it has been sent in error by us, you may return any item within 14 calendar days from the day after the item was delivered and you will qualify for a full refund for the total amount you paid for the item plus the cost of any postal or courier charges paid by you as the customer as part of the initial order.
 
Due to the complexity and availability of certain products, no exchanges can be given on selected items unless a replacement is available but we will send the replacement free of charge.
You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the faulty or defective goods and we would recommend that you use a secure delivery method when returning any item which requires a signature upon receipt like the 'Royal Mail Signed For' service as you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us so please keep your proof of postage.

For any orders purchased outside of the UK, we do not cover the cost of returning any items.
 
Please note that any item that is classed as 'defective' means that the item does not work properly for example any electronic function that does not work.


Any painting problems you find are not covered by us because we are not responsible for the quality control of products, we are only a retailer.
 
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the return.

Cancellation Policy


If you need to cancel an order, please read the following terms.

If the cancellation is regarding a purchased item/s, please cancel your order as soon as possible after your order has been placed as it may give us enough time to prevent the item/s being shipped to you.

If the cancellation is regarding an item that has been pre-ordered and due to be released at a later date, you must cancel the contract as soon as possible from the point of ordering as we may be able to cancel the order before it gets shipped to the supplier.
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped to the supplier you will be charged a cancellation fee which is 10% of the total value of the order that has been cancelled to cover shipping costs.


Please note that any order that has already been shipped to a customer cannot be cancelled and our policy is to reimburse you for the cost of the product but you will be responsible for the return postage cost and it's safe return to us. Any cancelled item/s already shipped to a customer must be returned to us within 14 days.

First send us a message using our Contact Us page and choose the 'Cancellations' message topic or telephone us which may speed up the process and simply give us your name and your order number and state the reason for your cancellation. If you contact us by message we will normally respond to you within 24 hours during our working hours to let you know if the order has already been shipped or if it has been cancelled.


If you have to return a cancelled item that have already been shipped to you, they must be unopened and returned complete in their original condition including any tags and seals still intact and in a re-saleable condition and we will refund your money to the value of the goods purchased when the goods have arrived back to us.
